Field Trip Fund Application Form

The purpose of the Field Trip Fund is to provide funding and assistance to K-12 educators, who are planning field trips to Civil War, War of 1812, or Revolutionary War battlefields or related historic sites.

Field trip funding will not exceed $1,500.00.

By submitting an application, you will be put onto the Civil War Trust's email list. You may unsubscribe from the list at any time.

If you respond and have not already registered, you will receive periodic updates and communications from Civil War Trust.

Question - Required - To receive your reimbursement, you must submit a reimbursement form, receipts, a 30 thirty second thank you video, at least seven (7) rights-free photos of your trip, and at least five (5) thank you notes from your students within five business days after your field trip.
